Spencer DeBurgh is the Senior Teaching Pastor of Racine Bible Church. He is overwhelmed by the grace of God in the gospel and overjoyed to share that grace with anyone who will listen. Spencer has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Divinity from The Master’s Seminary, and a Doctorate in Expository Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Praying for, preaching to, and leading the staff and members of Racine Bible Church is his primary responsibility. Spencer and his wife Amy have three grown children.
John Anderson has been a part of Racine Bible Church for over 40 years serving in various capacities and leadership positions as a lay member. In 2009 he began serving as Executive Pastor on a volunteer basis leading the church’s missions ministry and administrative functions. John served the Lord for many years as a businessman in the corporate world of finance having lived and traveled much internationally. He graduated from Wheaton College with a B.A. in Economics & Business and from Northern Illinois University with an M.B.A. degree. John and his wife, Judy, have two sons and five grandchildren.
Wayne Beilgard has served since January 2008 as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship, Evangelism and Visitation. Wayne has a heart to see men and women transformed by the Good News of Jesus Christ and follow Him wholeheartedly. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations from Southern Illinois University as well as a Master of Arts in Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Wayne and his wife Carol have three children, Caleb, Samuel & Christian.
Darien Bowers came to Racine Bible Church in August 2006 to serve as the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Development. He has a passion for seeing the church grow to “mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ… to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ” (Eph 4:13-14). Darien oversees the Adult Bible Fellowship ministry, the Firm Foundation equipping classes, and children’s ministries. He also shepherds the Cornerstone ABF, leads periodic small groups out of his home, and is an ACBC certified biblical counselor. Darien graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Mathematics and Physics. Before entering into full-time ministry, he taught high school physics and math in Ohio and southern California. Darien graduated from The Master’s Seminary in 2006 with his Masters of Divinity degree. Darien and his wife, Libby, have been blessed with five children: Luke, Noelle, Taryn, Julia, and Joel.
Dan Miller is the Associate Pastor of Youth, working primarily with middle school and high school students, families, and leaders. Dan joined the RBC staff in May of 2006, having a heart to see young people love God’s Word, God’s church, and God’s Son, Jesus. Dan graduated from Moody Bible Institute, majoring in Greek and Theology and has a Masters of Divinity degree from Moody Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. Dan is married to Lauren and they enjoying reading, sports, and spending time with friends.
Brennan Uthe joined the Racine Bible staff in November 2012 as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Music. He is passionate about leading and teaching authentic gospel-centered and biblically grounded worship. His life’s prayer is, “O Lord, open my lips, that my mouth may declare your praise” (Psalm 51:15). Brennan served churches in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Maryland as Worship Pastor before coming to RBC. He grew up in Hudsonville, Michigan and his love for worship through music began developing at a young age. He received training in worship leadership early in his life through his involvement in the local church, Children’s Bible Hour Ministries, and Camp Michawana. He also received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Union University and a Master of Divinity in Church Music with a Second Major in Worship from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brennan and his wife, Sarah, met while taking classes together in seminary.
Donna Bell was born in Minneapolis, MN, but she was raised in a missionary family and grew up in India and Hong Kong. After graduating from Carthage College and doing post-graduate work at UW-Whitewater, Donna taught in the Racine Unified Schools for 34 years. She joined Bible Study Fellowship International in 1988 and served as a Substitute Teaching Leader, Teaching Leader, and 12 years as the Children’s Supervisor. She is currently enjoying being a Children’s leader. Donna started attending RBC in 1978 and over the years had been actively involved in music and in teaching an adult women’s Sunday School class until becoming the Children’s Ministry Crosswalk Coordinator in July of 2012. As the result of working with elementary age students in RUSD and the training she received through BSF, God has equipped Donna for leading in the Crosswalk Ministry. Donna is excited to be a part of training workers to prepare students to stand firm in their generation for Jesus Christ.
The Racine Bible Church ministry is blessed with an administrative support staff that serves faithfully to the glory of God. Together, they represent 55+ years of service at the church for office administration, facility support, and accounting services.
